[How to participate?]

-Date: 2022. 7.23(Sat) 10:00AM – 2022. 7.27(Wed) 6PM (KST)

-Who: ‘Anua official website member’ who purchased SUHO special MD set in promotion period above(Non-membership order or Naver Pay purchase do not count as ELIGIBLE order)

-Product: ‘5 Main product / 2 Gift product + MD set with lucky draw ticket for fansign event(option A/B/None)

-Select: The more you purchase SUHO special sets, the bigger quantity of MD can be selected.  You can also select ‘None’ if you don’t want any MD. 

  *Even if MD set A/B are all sold out, you can still purchase promotion set with ‘None’ option, which does not offer any MD.  

  *Gift product may be replaced by another product when it’s sold out. 

 -Lucky draw ticket for fansign event: One lucky draw ticket for fansign event is AUTOMATICALLY given to each purchase of MD set. The more you purchase SUHO special MD sets, the greater chance you have of going to the fansign event. You are automatically registered for the fansign event without being given with tangible tickets.  IF you select ‘None’, NO TICKET WILL BE GIVEN.

  ex) If you purchase 3 MD set with A or B option, 3 lucky draw tickets will be given.  However, if you purchase 3 MD set with ‘None’ option, there will be no ticket.

[Fansign event notice]

 1. Date of fansign event: 8/13(Sat) Afternoon

 2. Place: Spigen Hall, Seoul서울 슈피겐홀 (446, Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea )

 3. The number of winners: 50 people

 4. There will be unofficial photocard (1 EA) for every lucky draw winner in fansign event. 

 5. Lottery method: lucky draw program

 6. Date of purchase: 2022. 07. 23. 10:00AM ~ 2022. 7. 27. 18:00PM(KST)

 7. How to apply? : If you purchase SUHO special MD Set A or B on Anua official website, (anua.kr) virtual lucky draw ticket is automatically given for each purchase (one ticket is given for one purchase, regardless of A or B. However, if you select ‘None’, ticket is NOT given)

 8. Winner announcement Date: Early August (The list of winners will be posted on official website notice, and we will also contact them privately)

 9. Only the members of Anua official website can participate in this event, and those who WITHDRAW their membership after applying for the event will be EXCLUDED from winners list.

 10. This event is NOT APPLIED to other purchases that take place outside the OFFICIAL website(anua.kr).
   ex) If you purchase this MD set through brokers, NO TICKET will be delivered. 

 11. You should complete order & payment within 2022. 07. 23. 10:00AM ~ 2022. 7. 27. 18:00PM(KST) to apply for this event. Every purchase with selection of MD Set A or B will be automatically given lucky draw ticket (One ticket for each purchase, and remember THERE IS NO TANGIBLE TICKET)

 12. The winning ticket cannot be transferred to another person, only the winner himself/herself is eligible to participate in the event. If any breach is detected, you will be excluded from all the other events. 

 13. Anua does not take responsibility for any illegal transaction between individuals, and those responsibilities should be taken care of by corresponding individuals.

 14. The announcement of winners will be texted according to the contact information that is registered on Anua official website. If you don’t agree on receiving text (marketing information), winner notice may not be delivered, and cancelled. 

 15. This event may partially be changed or even cancelled under inevitable circumstances or Korean government’s new guideline. 

[Cancel/Return]

- Cancellation or refund due to simple remorse is not possible. 

- In case of return due to defective product, you must return merchandise with the product. If not, return is impossible. 

[Delivery & Additional purchase] 

- During promotion period, orders may surge in the short term to cause delay of delivery. 

- After the limited amount is sold out, additional purchase is impossible.

- Discount coupon CANNOT be used for payment that includes SUHO special MD set. 

- More lucky draw tickets are provided as you purchase more quantity of MD sets (regardless of A, B) 

- You MUST purchase MD Set after completing membership registration to get an automatic lucky draw ticket. We strongly recommend you to register in advance to have no problem with purchasing. 

- One lucky draw ticket for fansign event is AUTOMATICALLY given to each purchase of MD set. The more you purchase SUHO special MD sets, the greater chance you have of going to the fansign event. You are automatically registered for the fansign event without being given with tangible tickets. IF you select ‘None’, NO TICKET WILL BE GIVEN. 

- If you purchase without membership or purchase through Naver Pay, it is IMPOSSIBLE to apply for fansign event. 

- You must fill in Name & Phone number in order information. Wrong information or lack of information may cause cancellation of winning. 

- MD Set has 2 types(A / B) and each has different polaroid & photocard. 

- Even if MD Set A / B is sold out, you can still purchase SUHO special MD Set with ‘None’ option, which does not offer MD. 

- Gift products can be replaced by other products when sold out. 

- This event is exclusively offered on Anua official website. It can be sold out earlier, since it’s limited amount. 

- The winner of lucky draw for fansign event will be announced on Notice of our official website on early August.
 Plus, we will also contact through mobile contact information. Please refer to the fansign event notice.  

- Winning ticket cannot be transferred to other people, and Anua does not take responsibility for any issue arising from individual matters. Please refer to the notice before purchasing SUHO special MD Set. 

- For any orders that include SUHO special MD Set, ‘Deposit without bankbook’, ‘Deposit’, ‘Naver Pay’ and ‘Use of Reserves/Points’ are limited.
